Join us for a special Refugee Week screening of the heart-warming Aussie comedy The Merger – a free community movie night celebrating this year’s theme: Finding Freedom – Diversity in Community.

Post-Film Conversation: After the movie, stay for a special conversation with Mursal Sadat, one of the former players of the Afghanistan Women’s National Soccer Team, who arrived in Australia during the 2021 evacuation.
Mursal is now the Assistant Soccer Coach at South Yarra Soccer Club and a passionate advocate for inclusion, sport, and empowerment.
