Business Skills Workshop 1 – Visualise the Future

Are you part of Darebin’s community of entrepreneurs, creatives and business owners? Join us for the first in our new Business Skills Workshop series, which aims to build the knowledge, skills and capability of Darebin’s small to medium businesses.

Join us for an inspiring workshop delivered by Matt Magain of the Sketch Group, and learn about a creative, approachable tool that can help unlock business clarity and motivation.

Matt will show you how to gain clarity and confidence about your business goals by sketching a simple, visual roadmap of your future business. You’ll learn how to use simple drawings and frameworks to:

reflect on where you’ve come from

clarify your long-term goals and visualise the future of your business

identify opportunities, risks, and blind spots

communicate your vision with clarity and confidence.

No artistic ability is required – if you can draw a stick figure, you can do this workshop!
