Report a missed bin collection

Missed bin collections can be due to a range of reasons.

We use different trucks to collect different bins. Please choose which type of bin that has not been collected, and we will do what we can to sort it out for you.

How to report a missed bin collection?

Missed bin collections must be reported within 48 hours of service, from midday to midday.
For example, if your bin was missed on Monday, please report it by Wednesday before 12 pm.

It's quick and easy to report a missed collection online.

Missed collection tips

• Leave your bin on the front nature strip - we cannot come into your property to get your bin
• Make sure there are no cars blocking access to your bin
• If we only half-emptied your bin, give it a shake to loosen any rubbish that may be stuck
• If your bin has a contamination sticker, you must remove the wrong materials so we can collect it
