High Street is the heart of Preston – a vibrant retail, entertainment and civic hub for our community. Earlier this year, you shared your ideas to reimagine High Street. We’ve now developed a draft Concept Plan that includes wider footpaths, safer crossings, greener streets and more places to meet, shop and dine.
