In this free program participants can learn how to improve their wellbeing in a safe and comfortable setting.
 
From 27 March until 29 May 2025 the IC will be offering a relaxed program of social craft activities.
 
From 5 June until 10 July, Latrobe University student nurses will return. They will return under clinical supervision of a registered nurse, offering regular creative activities, health checks and resources.
 
Connect with others in your community over activities such as painting, craft, card making, scrapbooking, art and more.

Learn how to improve your mental health and physical wellbeing from La Trobe University student nurses. 

This program occurs weekly on Thursdays during student semesters.
You're welcome to come along on the day, there is no registration required.
