Why we need to electrify everything
Business and industry produce around 40% of our greenhouse gas emissions. By electrifying our businesses and powering them with renewable energy, we are directly tackling the climate crisis.
Cost savings
Electrifying has financial benefits. While there are many cost saving calculators for homes, business energy use varies much more widely and as a result can be more difficult to calculate.
- For smaller upgrades, discuss predicted savings with the salespeople or consultants.
- For larger upgrades we recommend engaging an engineer or other suitable consultant to calculate the savings more accurately. You can find suitable experts at organisations such as the Energy Efficiency Council and the Australian Alliance for Energy Productivity.
