Solar panels are the engine of an all-electric home. When the sun is shining your all-electric home can run for free, and you’re sending any extra electricity back to the grid for others to use. At night, or when it is cloudy, you use power from the main grid as usual. And if you choose to add a battery, you can store your extra solar power to use at night or rainy days.

Go to our Solar Saver Program to sign up and get more information. We can help you access the Solar Homes rebate from the Victorian Government, which can reduce the cost of your upfront costs, and you may also be able to apply for a four-year interest free loan for the same value as your rebate.
If Solar Saver isn't for you, visit the Victorian Government's Solar Homes website. There you will find programs for solar panel rebates, solar for rental properties, solar battery rebates, solar for community housing and more – including recently announced interest-free loans of up to $8,800k for household batteries, if your household earns less than $180k per year.

GreenPower
Everyone can choose GreenPower for clean, renewable energy. If you have solar panels, choose GreenPower for those times your panels aren’t producing (at night, or when it’s really cloudy). You’ll know your home will be running on renewable energy 24/7.
If you can’t get solar panels on your home because you’re renting or for other reasons, choosing GreenPower is a way for you to be part of the clean energy future.
