Sleep and settling sessions

We run free sleep and settling sessions for parents and carers of newborn babies to toddlers (1—3 years old).

In these sessions, you will learn about:

  • how much sleep your baby needs at different ages
  • what sleep does and why it is important to get the right amount
  • understanding the signs of sleep
  • helping you establish the right sleep patterns for your baby
