The Recycled Goods Shop, located at Darebin Resource Recovery Centre, accepts donated goods and sells items in good condition.

The Recycled Goods Shop is accepting donations of items in good condition and is stocked with items to buy.

The shop is open 7 days a week, from 8.30am—3pm.

What can you drop off for recycling?

You can drop accepted items at Darebin Resource Recovery Centre and Recycled Goods Shop for safe disposal or recycling.

Much of what's dropped at the Darebin Resource Recovery Centre is recycled, including e-waste, metals and plastics. Items chosen for resale at the Recycled Goods Shop may be exempt from fees.

The shop will accept these items if they're in good condition:

  • plants
  • furniture
  • timber
  • building material
  • clothes
  • toys
  • games
  • tools
  • household fixtures
  • collectables
  • books
  • CDs and DVDs.
