Apply for a permit online under Victoria's Accessible Parking Permit (APP) scheme, or apply for an accessible parking bay.

Victoria has the Accessible Parking Permit (APP) scheme and online system, which makes the application process easier and more consistent across the state.

The APP scheme includes:

  • temporary permits for six, 12 or 24 months
  • individual are valid for five years
  • a permanent disability classification, so you don't need a reassessment for future renewals
  • a single and secure state-wide permit design to reduce permit misuse
  • the inclusion of occupational therapists as assessors, in addition to GPs.

Double-time permits (green) and permits for organisations are included in the APP scheme.
