I felt like I've been given a lot of autonomy and agency to be able to do the job well, but also have be trusted to do the job well. 01:21 [A middle aged woman with short grey hair wearing a vest standing in an office, a title appears that says 'Fionnuala, Community Development Officer'] Fionnuala: I like the engagement with people and with the community, people in groups, they can do incredible things when people get together. 01:32 Frank: And you really get a bit of a buzz when you help them out with their needs and what their goals are. 01:35 Sarath: And when they show their gratitude, it's really genuine and it makes you feel so happy. 01:41 Flora: To be able to provide a service to the vulnerable community It's a very rewarding career and so that's why I'm so happy that I got the job Darebin 01:52 Elleni: I'm very lucky and blessed.
