10 tests (2 kits) are available for each individual plus a further 10 tests (2 kits) for each household member.

20 tests (4 kits) are available each visit for people with a disability and carers collecting the tests on behalf of people with a disability.

These include:

  • NDIS participants
  • Disability Support Pensioners
  • People with a disability who receive a Transport Accident Commission benefit.

If multiple people are listed on any of these listed cards, they are also entitled to receive twenty tests (4 kits).

What if I have COVID-19 symptoms?

If you have COVID-19 symptoms, do not collect your free RATs from Council locations.

Instead, collect free RATs at testing sites, which you can find through the Coronavirus website or ask a guardian or carer to collect your free RATs for you.

Where can I get more information on the use of RATs?

For more information about getting tested and reporting a positive RAT result, visit the Coronavirus website or call the National Coronavirus Helpline on 1800 675 398.

This program is delivered with support from the Victorian Government as part of the Department of Health’s Community COVID-19 Rapid Antigen Test Program to ensure that Victorians stay safe.
