National Day of Mourning and AFL Grand Final Long Weekend
Service announcement of changes to Council’s services for the long weekend.
In commemoration of the passing of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, the Australian and Victorian governments have declared 22 September a National Day of Mourning. Given this national holiday and the AFL Grand Final holiday on 23 September, please note the following updates to Council’s services and opening hours.
