Ruthven Community Room
The Ruthven Community Room is a brand new bright and open space available for hire in Preston. Located within the Ruthven Reserve Pavilion it has floor to ceiling windows overlooking the sporting grounds. The room is perfect for meetings, information or training sessions and indoor health and well-being activities. This venue is not available for any private functions such as birthday parties or weddings.
Kitchenette has a stove / oven combo for heating and serving purposes and a fridge, freezer, sink, hot water zip tap and bench space.
Ruthven Community Room is a self set-up venue with chairs and tables available for use.
Street parking is available, wheelchair and accessible friendly.
Maximum capacity: 80 people
Available hours:
- Monday to Friday: 9am—4pm
- Wednesday evenings: until 10pm

Hire fees
Rates are for the 2023/24 financial year
Monday to Friday, 7:30am-5pm
- Commercial rate (inc GST) - $31.50 per hour
- Community rate (inc GST) - $18.50 per hour
