This class is great for older adults or anyone wanting to focus on gentle stretching and strength based exercises to improve balance and stability.
There will be options for mat or chair, whichever suits you best. If you prefer the mat option, please bring your own yoga mat if you have one (the venue also has a limited amount available).
Carers and support workers welcome to participate.
Registration is not required, just drop in and enjoy!

All Council staff and facilitators hold current Working With Children's Checks.
