Solar Victoria is now offering apartment and strata townhouses funding to help with your solar installation.
Your owner's corporation can apply on your behalf for up to $2,800 rebate per apartment.
This is double the rebate available, as compared to the normal household Solar Victoria rebate of $1,400.
You will also need to speak to your Owners Corporation as they are the body that needs to apply for them.
You also need to speak to your neighbouring apartment owners as applications require a minimum of 5 apartments wanting to participate within your complex.
