Access to food relief, essential items and support to isolate safely

From 1 July 2022, we will no longer receive referrals from the DFFH Coronavirus Hotline to provide food relief to community members isolating from COVID-19.

It is important that you plan ahead and think about which food and essential items you might need if you need to isolate. Use online shopping or delivery services for supplies or reach out to family, friends and community for support.

You can also use Ask Izzy to check food relief and support services that are available in your local area.

If you are isolating from COVID-19 and need urgent food and other emergency relief, please call the DFFH Coronavirus Hotline on 1800 675 398 for help to find food relief and support services near you.
